Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Sorting: Process incoming inventory, sorting goods, and ensuring they are stored in the appropriate locations.
  • Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick and pack customer orders while maintaining high accuracy and meeting productivity targets.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring goods are properly stored and organized for easy access.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before shipment.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including the use of appropriate protective gear, and report hazards promptly.
  • Order Processing: Ensure that all orders are processed accurately and on time, contributing to customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other warehouse associates and management to meet team goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep work areas organized and clean to ensure a safe and efficient environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time.
  • Attention to Detail: Focus on accuracy when picking, packing, and sorting orders.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Time Management: Manage time efficiently and meet production goals while maintaining quality.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform basic math to count, calculate, and measure items accurately.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using handheld devices and warehouse management software.

Experience:

  • No prior warehouse or fulfillment center experience required.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment or physical labor is a plus but not necessary.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time and part-time shifts available.
  • Shift availability includes days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
  • Flexible scheduling options may be available depending on the location.

  • Knowledge of Warehouse Operations: Understanding of basic warehouse functions such as receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and shipping.
