**Summary/Objective:**

The Delivery Associate is responsible for ensuring that products are delivered on time and in proper condition to Amazon customers. The Delivery Associate will review orders prior to delivery, load and unload trucks, and provide exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

* Conduct inspections of company vehicle before departing to deliver goods and upon returning from a delivery

* Pack and load products onto the delivery van according to the companys specifications

* Utilize delivery software on handheld tech equipment

* Deliver orders to customers

* Follow specific delivery instructions from each customer

* Interact with customers in a professional and polite manner

* Obtain the proper delivery confirmation for each package

* Follow the strict safety standards set forth by the company

**Qualifications:**

* 21 + Valid drivers license issued by the state where you intend to work with a clean driving record

* Must be able to operate and navigate a GVWR 10,000 lbs or less delivery van

* Must consent to a drug screening

* Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws

* Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills

* Attention to detail

* Ability to lift up to 70lbs with or without reasonable accommodations
