Job Description Summary

Aero Alliance is seeking a highly motivated FP&A Analyst to support a global joint venture between GE and Baker Hughes, with approximately $1.3B in annual revenue and operations across five countries. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this role will play a critical part in driving financial planning, reporting, income statement analysis, and close processes across the organization.

The FP&A Analyst will serve as a key finance partner to product, program, and cross-functional leaders, providing financial leadership for the Engineering P&L, which includes approximately $130M in transactional flow across two channels. This individual will also act as a central point of coordination for passthrough management among GE Aviation, GE Gas Power, and Baker Hughes, ensuring effective financial alignment across stakeholders.

In addition, the role will be responsible for overseeing base cost management and the cost allocation process, from planning through reporting. The FP&A Analyst will partner closely with cross-functional teams to support ISA/TSA agreements, manage Digital Technology investments, and collaborate with the Capex Leader to oversee the special tooling process, including investment tracking, reporting, and amortization.

This position will also support the Director of FP&A in coordinating key planning cycles, including financial pacing, target setting, and planning templates. The analyst will contribute to the preparation of financial materials for strategic reviews, Board of Directors meetings, closing calls, and leadership presentations, while also helping to enhance the efficiency and consistency of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 5 years of finance experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program (FMP) or a comparable finance leadership program
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting
  • Experience in financial reporting, consolidations, and close processes
  • Strong expertise with ERP and financial systems, including HFM and Oracle
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated project leadership and process management capabilities
  • Proven ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, challenge existing processes, and drive continuous improvement
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and disciplined

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $83,600.00 and $139,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
