<p>The Sr. Advancement Systems Analyst provides strategic, data-driven insights that lead to increased philanthropy at Cottage Health. This impactful role is responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and forecasts that will shape our fundraising strategies and drive philanthropic success. In addition the Sr. Advancement Systems Analyst develops and implements a cohesive strategy for analytics to inform strategic decisions, planning and resource allocation. Develops predictive models to forecast donor behavior and optimize fundraising efforts for all Cottage Health foundations. Works with various, often large, data sources, including relational databases, data warehouses, and APIs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Develops, implements, and manages Advancement’s database systems. Provides day-to-day operational systems analysis and validation, troubleshoots system failures, analyzes planning/capacity results, formulates and suggests system enhancements, and maintains data health. Leads the business design process, and supports implementation of data standards, policies, and procedures. Provides training and support to the end-user community.
