Job Details: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized team member to support our Feed mill operations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring production runs smoothly by preparing accurate schedules, documenting, and reports. You’ll also help identify and resolve data inconsistencies, working closely with the feed mill teams, supervisors, and schedulers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep operations on track, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and teamwork. ·Prepare and review daily production job packets to ensure accuracy ·Monitor and reconcile inventory levels (raw materials, ingredients, packaging) ·Answer questions and help resolve issues related to production data, recipes, and transactions ·Generate and distribute daily/weekly reports within set deadlines ·Enter and manage data in systems such as Excel ·Maintain production databases and ensure data accuracy ·Collaborate with the scheduler to adjust and distribute daily production schedules ·Partner with supervisors and act as a point of support when needed ·Spend time in the mill to better understand workflows and improve processes ·Keep records organized and up to date Jump in to support teammates and other administrative tasks as needed Other duties as assigned Requirements Highly recommended to include a resume in a PDF or Word Document format and/or complete the application fully showing current and past work experience to be considered for the position Education: A high school diploma (preferred: technical certificate or some related training/experience) Experience & Abilities: 1 year administrative/clerical experience with Feed Mill operation or related experience preferred, or a strong willingness to learn.  Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.  Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team Comfort managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. Ability to work overtime, weekends, (Saturdays), and holidays. Typical Schedule for this position is 6:00 am - 2:30 pm but can vary depending on production and trucking needs. Computer Skills: Basic Microsoft skills; Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. (formatting, printing, simple formulas) Self-motivation and ability to follow direction while taking initiative Relocation Assistance Eligible: No Work Shift: 1ST SHIFT (United States of America) Certain roles at Tyson require background checks.
