<section class="job-section" id="st-jobDescription"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Job Description</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="responsibilities"><p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON </strong></p><p><strong>Main challenge </strong> </p><p>As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our partnerships in Ghana, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with a diverse multinational team to ensure the successful delivery of Gameloft Business Solutions to our partners.</p><p><strong>What it means on a daily basis </strong> </p><ul><li>Manage relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products.</li><li>Prospect, approach, and present Gameloft services and products to potential new clients.</li><li>Negotiate commercial conditions and contractual aspects with clients.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the regional commercial and operations teams to drive revenue growth.</li><li>Work with technical and operations teams to launch new projects on time and within budget.</li><li>Liaise with key stakeholders – including operations, other account managers, and digital project teams – to achieve targets.</li><li>Develop a strong understanding of our products to identify potential optimizations for live projects.</li><li>Prioritize tasks with a revenue-focused approach.</li></ul><p><strong>Who you will be working with </strong> <br> <br> You’ll be part of a regular team of approximately five colleagues based across Europe (Madrid, Ukraine) and in Dubai and Africa. You will report to the Commercial Director and collaborate closely with operations, other account managers, and digital project teams. You’ll also interact with finance teams and support advertising initiatives.
